i've been in the same boat as you guy, but i was seeing this girl for just a little under 5 years and then one day she says she doesn't need me anymore so here i am in Cincinnati instead of Naperville. yeah it's killer at first, kinda makes you wanna just ball up and die but you just gotta get your mind thinking of something else.

luckly i had a bunch of friends from work that got me going out with them, a little boozing, gambling and sports. i'll be honest, i still think of her right now even though it's been... 2 years? yeah she broke up with me basically around the end of '04 and start of '05. I haven't had a date in sooo long that in honesty, i don't really care right now. I just want to live and have fun.
I want a fast car and to hang out with my friends anytime i want.

just to move on, i put all the things she gave me into a huge box and returned it to her. even though they sent it back to me, it's now sitting at a landfill somewhere in ohio.

Everything happens for a reason...and I know you'll read this, and think nothing of it..You may or may not believe in the divine intervention, but God works in mysterious ways( I am not Christian, catholic, jewish, muslin, etc)....You'll know what I mean, when everything falls into place, and you find the girl you'll spend the rest of your life with.

I didn't believe it true, until it happened to me.....Albeit, it did take some time...I wouldn't trade this for the world.

Well I skimmed through your story a bit and eh well what can you do sooner or later shell probably come back. Its probably a little bit of pressure on her now to see beyond the error of her ways. We are only human everyone learns one way or the other. People are gonna be people let her do whatever she wants and you do whatever you want. All you gotta do now is be true to yourself and bind your time. Work on your car bro and dont focus on little shit or dwell on petty matters.

I feel your pain man....When me and my ex-gf broke up it was fucked...We dated for 2 years and the day she broke up with me I had just taken her and her little bro and sis to the beach and it was a great day...then it was just over...no reason...and she was also pissed at me for asking her questions about stuff...I didnt really know what to do either....Time wore on tho and It got better.

This website and my car are the main two reasons I stayed sane last year....After a year apart though we started talking again and we are now back together and doing great.

I split with my girl cause I loved her but didnt know if she was for me, we split for a summer and we got back together. Been going strong for a while. Good things happen, whether you get back together of meet someone 1,000,000x better. Sorry to hear that things werent working out.
