Give it time. Either things will come back together, or the feeling will just pass. It won't be easy, and there's absolutely NOTHING you can do to forget it... all you can do is just live with it. I found that the best thing to do is find something else you truly love and just devote yourself completely to it. During my hardest times, I had my band. I grew considerably as a musician then, and I think we really did some of our best work. Unfortunately for car enthusiasts, going headlong into a car project is expensive! Music and art are cheap!

I went through the same exact thing cept mines was a 4 1/2 yr relationship at the time.... i felt the same exact way you did felt like everything was just taken from me and i was lost. Things also seemed to be going great on my end but just like you i got that sudden i dont wanna be in a relationship thing i still love you and care about you but i'm not in love with you.
