TOYO T1S vs SNOW

Well last nite i driving home from New Paltz (wing nite). i dropped my friend off at his house,its like almost 1230am and im about 5 mins from my house. Im doing like 60mph and i see this flashing yellow light so i hit the brakes and this is what happened. i must of slid for a good 200ft into a yard of snow/ice piled up, into a driveway into another pile of snow/ice, took down a fence and thats where i ended. Needless to say summer tires PWNED my ass. Lesson learned if you got summer tires on in the middle of winter and ur Blizzaks are in the garage and you do this there is a problem.

yea i know, i wouldve drove the awd talon but the battery was dead. the road was barely covered in snow, some spots there was no snow. i hit the brakes right on the snow covered road and this is what happened. my 90 integra ls wheels have blizzaks. i would change them but im driving this aawd talon so why bother

oh yes it does, when a awd talon has abs and a civic ex dont, then theres a big difference. it wouldnt have done that at all.

the road was straight then it was straighting to turn at that flashing light which i saw a while back. also the road is 45 or 55mph
