                        yeah its possibly french definitely european of some sort, look at the way the video is titled : Course poursuite 4x4
                        and the dash cam is in KM/H, bimmer is right hand drive and european plates

                          the cop is in a bimmer, both the truck and the car are RHD, and the cop is using a grenade launcher with pepperspray into the cab of a moving vehicle. this is not in north america, but i wish it was. high speed chases should not go on for hours, they should be stopped as soon as they can. the pit maneouver is good, but pepperspray is better (when there is no other car coming).
