Ok folks, I haven't had internet for a couple weeks, but I'm back with a roar. I come back to this website flooding with negativity about you people and your cars. We got folks pondering the question "is it all worth it?" You know what you pansies, the answer is no. The only thing that makes it worth it is if YOU like it. If you're all down about your car, quit. Sell me your good parts, and go buy something else.
If you want a car that will resell for money, go buy an STI or SupraTT, RX8, or LancerEVO. If you want a unique car, that all those other Fast N Furious fairies couldn't even fathom, stick next to your damn CB. It's like a love hate relationship. We all hate replacing the parts, yes, they're old cars. Get over it. I've replaced everything except the rear end, and did it myself. There's no better way to learn, and part availability is high/cheap.
So yea...if you have immense rust, give up now and go buy a rustless CB. However, if you're rustless, there's no reason to give up.
FYI: In case nobody has told you, every car needs to have parts replaced, no matter how new.
