    The CB Negativity

Ok folks, I haven't had internet for a couple weeks, but I'm back with a roar. I come back to this website flooding with negativity about you people and your cars. We got folks pondering the question "is it all worth it?" You know what you pansies, the answer is no. The only thing that makes it worth it is if YOU like it. If you're all down about your car, quit. Sell me your good parts, and go buy something else.

If you want a car that will resell for money, go buy an STI or SupraTT, RX8, or LancerEVO. If you want a unique car, that all those other Fast N Furious fairies couldn't even fathom, stick next to your damn CB. It's like a love hate relationship. We all hate replacing the parts, yes, they're old cars. Get over it. I've replaced everything except the rear end, and did it myself. There's no better way to learn, and part availability is high/cheap.

So yea...if you have immense rust, give up now and go buy a rustless CB. However, if you're rustless, there's no reason to give up.

FYI: In case nobody has told you, every car needs to have parts replaced, no matter how new.

Your CB will rust eventually. Its all due to manufactureing errors and bad engerneering. IE-not spraying any protective coating on the interior of most of the body panels, poorly designed drainage system on the rear quarterpanels, ect. But anyways. HELL YEAH!

Hell yeah i need a new fuel pump, had to change my ignition qwitch last week, my cat converter FELL off a week before that and i had to replace a driver side mirror before that week. But im still going hard, got 2 1/4 exhaust from that cat converter incident, and just ordered a walbro 255 fuel pump. If it brakes upgrade it.

lol, thats so true.around here there are so many cb7's that i can count atleast 20-25 just getting out of town.theres not a lot with kits, but theres a lot.theres also a ton of civics, and there all red with the same apc body kits, and tails, but i dont care because i like my car.but there is no way that people can say that the accords (90-93) are rare.cmon now.there one of the top 10 stolen cars in the us(or was last year).and around here there in junkyards like crazy.the 88-97civics are also in the junkyards like crazy.but i think it matter what people do to there cars, and i also dont think it does not matters how people wanna drive there cars.if you like "jdm" than you will love your "jdm" accord,if your like me and like to be "kitted up" than you will love having your kitted accord.if you like stock oem than you will love your stock oem accord.but all in all 90-93 accord are taking over around here.

You know something...this site was the reason why I'm keeping my CB7...and as far as rust goes...F*ck rust...it can be fixed...new metal can be welded in...if we all had our cars since the beginning, they'd all be perfect...I thought about getting another CB7 w/o rust and w/the A6, but you know something, screw it, I've got too much time and money into the one I have now to give up on it...yeah, its not the uber cool 92-93, but who cares, I'm in the process of changing out the stuff I don't like...and yeah I know it doesn't make sense to spend what the car is worth to fix some stupid panels...but this is my first car, it got me through high school...and you know something its gonna get me through college...I can't let this thing die...even if I end up buying a MkIV when I get out of school, the CB will not die...because 20 years from now how cool will it be to say I have my first car still and it's faster than any of yours...
