Btw I don't know if your teacher will check for plagiarism, but I would delete this thread before turning in your essay. There's some program that searches the internet to see if any of your writing is the same as somebody's writing on the internet. If your teacher does use that program, he'll see this thread.

Tunerman's suggestion is correct. Most plagiarism programs attempt to scan through the internet, matching up a submitted essay with any writing the internet scan comes up with.

Its not about whether or not he's actually plagiarizing; its about the fact that plagiarizing programs will see this thread, match up many words if not every word of his submitted essay to the essay he posted here, and then notify the teacher of the matching essay.

The teacher will probably assume that the essay was copied off this website and then was submitted as plagiarized work.

So just delete/edit the thread just in case before you turn in your essay.

He's fine. First of all it's not cheating, so you have nothing to worry about; however, I will help you with some of the you're punctuation. I will re-type your essay, and you can take what you want out of it. I have a little bit of credibility so don't worry. I'm currently taking a Essay Writing course in University and my teacher has taught us a thing or two about punctuation, and he has about 20 published books. You can Google his name Cyril Dabydeen and check out some of his achievements. I will do this for you because it's helping me as well. So just give me a couple of hours, and I will do it.

ok well its not cheatin because i only asked someone to revise it...we do it in class, we have a group an people read our papers and correct our mistakes...but i didnt have my paper in class so i didnt have a chance to do that. get it now? the paper is supposed to be a definition piece or some shit, i dont care, what do you mean by cliches tho? i'm workin on it right now, its due in half hour so ya.

Sorry man I didn't get a chance to do it. Plus I didn't know when it was due. Just by quickly looking at it though it's not bad; however, I would take out some of the semi-colons. A semi-colon is like a "soft period", and you have over used it a little. For instance this sentence:
To delve further into the actual definition of the topic; slacker essentially references a stereotype.

You should use a coma instead of the semi-colon. Also, contrary to popular belief, you can use ANY word to start a sentence. I haven't really looked much more at the piece, and I guess it's kind of useless now. Sorry man. Hope you get a good mark
