My grandpa on my moms side, used to be a federali, which in Tijuana, is somewhat equivalent to the FBI. And my uncles had something like that. My mom was never allowed to go to Tj without my grandma, but my uncles would. get away with tons of shit. and eventhough my grandpa was killed on duty, that card was still honored because he was so "high up."
