ever since the sixth grade, ive had spikey hair.. but now i want to change. i want to grow it out.

my hair grows in thick... and since its so used to being spikey, it grows in, kinda looking like a loose "afro"

i want to grow it out, either slick it back, or part it out with thinned out look. you know wavey surfer boy look...


any suggestions?
