anyone know a 100% free pop up/spyware blocker?

i have very bad problems with pop ups and really bad spyware problems.i havebeen using free trials from "stopzilla".but ihave one day left,lol.does anyone know any free spyware/pop up blockers that really work?thanks guys.

you can get th trial version of panicware's pop up stopper professional, and its the shit. its what i have. as far as spyware removal goes try spybot, its free as well.

thanks for the info iwill try both.i cant afford the shit right now so free is always good.i have enough bills as it is i dont feellike having more,and i'm sure you guys feelthe sam way.thanks again.

i use google toolbar to stop the pop-ups.. and for spyware, i use Spy-bot and Ad-aware, both are free at download.com... i prefer Spy-bot over Ad-aware, but using both is the most ideal because they both catch stuff that each program miss

I use Yahoo companion to block pop-ups from regular websurfing.

i use Ad Aware 6 for spy wear

as for pop ups i have Slimbrowser 3.79 witch is great way better then IE it tabs my sites and has like 23798127398372 kick ass extras like a bulit in pop up blocker that so far has blocked every thing you can view wat it has block and if u wanna go to it you can if now then there a lil x that lights up every time something is blocked.

i also run norton Av 2002 and zone alarm firewall since i am on dsl

with what i am runing i havent had a virus in a year and a half and i havent goten any pop ups either not even those windows message ones
