in fl you get ur learners permit at 15. tahts towards the end of the year my dad started letting me mod the car because i wanted "rims" (when the fad was huge) but what happend was the rims made the car look like a 4x4 so i told my dad i had to lower it, he was skeptical lol and thats how it all started.
