I get sleepy after I eat breakfast I don't know why lol.

its a symptom called niggeritis. is when the food is so good when you eat you feel a satisfaction of being full. then you peacefully fall asleep carefull. i hope i dont get banned for that but its true.

Well the explanation goes something like this dunno if its true but this is what my friend told me. He says after you eat most of the blood or energy whatever goes to help digest the food you just ate making you feel tired and sleepy since everything is focused on digesting. It somewhat makes sense to me so yea.
