East Coast Spring Meet Tentative Location!

So some people are gonna drive several hours to meet up then drive another hour and a half to VA beach. Why not just meet in VA Beach then have a cruise for the people that want to go. This will also save some people alot of time, gas, and miles on their car.
Also this goes back to what I was saying about moving the entire meet before everyone is there. Some guys were several hrs behind the start time on the last spring meet.

true but a date needs to be set first. That way everyone can ask off work, etc.

I think there's still an ample amount of time to knock it all out before we need to request off. I figure, there needs to be a location, date, and arrangements set BEFORE January 1st, would everyone agree with that?

I voted for VA. Why? I want to hit Deal's Gap up and all, but yeah the weather can be shitty.

I think Deal's Gap will have to wait until next summer, and it will probably only be the NC guys, and maybe I will have more performance mods.

if all the major decisions are made by Jan 1st, that should be fine. I know some people have to ask off months in advance.

I'll go wherever the meet's at too, I just don't want to have to drive all over the place to different locations and end up getting lost and seperated from everybody else like the meet we had in Raleigh.

Anyone have any feedback regarding the exact location. Beach or Williamsburg. Most people will have to go through Richmond to hit I-64, so a HUGE cruise from here would be proper as shit.
