Hey guys i just cant make up my mind so i figured ill ask you guys. I am looking at buying a crx thats in decent condition but it needs some TLC OR i could take the money and buy my new turbo kit. What would you guys do?

do you have any other cars that are daily drivable? if yes, go for the turbo. If not, go for the crx first. This way you will NOT be stuck without a car.

how much are you looking to spend on a Rex? my buddy has a clean 91 SI down here, JDM B16a swapped, mugen kit, red rota GT3's...runs great. He tried to sell it back ni the day.
