I'm a waiter, and I absolutely hate my job... I think I've actually begun to enjoy constantly bitching though. I complain about everything. All the servers in my restaurant do. We complain about the idiot hosts, lazy busboys, hypocritical managers, bitchy slow bartenders, annoying mexicans in the kitchen... And most of all, the lousy, good for nothing customers who think 10% is a good tip! 20% people, 20%!!! Unless, of course, your server sucked... But often they DO suck because of the idiot hosts, lazy busboys, hypocritical managers, bitchy slow bartenders, annoying mexicans in the kitchen...

See why it's so bad? My job isn't serving food... it's kissing ass. Food is just the medium by which I kiss ass.

BTW, my last paycheck was for $.42 (42 cents)

im envious of you mike, i havent used my knowledge of computers since i graduated from ciscos training thing..about 2 years ago. here i am selling phones..goddamn.

another thing i hate, my store got broken into last night ironically enough. a cokehead girl i used to go to school with threw a giant rock through the window and the alarm went off, and she actually GOT CAUGHT IN THE BUILDING. what a moron. the alarm rigns and rings and rings, she had to have been in there longer than a half hour cause all the phone accessories were in garbage bags taken off the racks and they were even tied off in prettly little bows. look at this girl, her mugshot screams coke slut:

shit i have worked as a dishwasher, delivery guy (in foot) bussboy, dish satelite installer(best job) and now i work as a pizza delivery guy with my cb7. i hate my jobs but still i don't do good in college. shit if u hate ur jobs then that would push u to do better in school so u can get a better job and better money. shit what the fuck is happening to me. i am waiting for something to fall from the sky right into my hands.

i pack bags n push carts at a grocery store....shoprite. it sucks i get 650 an hour. but wutever i dont have to work during the day. but i do hate when stupid ass kids in their shitty cars roll through and think theyre something with the tin can in back. and its the same people all the time.WTF?

Oh man...I hear ya about the grocery store one...I've been there for 5 years...all through HS and now into college...it blows...at my store you have to help the people outside...in the rain and stuff...it sucks too, I'm the fastest cashier they have but because they're so gender biased, they only put girls on the register...but man I have stories from that place...guy came in bought a magazine, a cucumber, and Vaseline...I don't want know know what that was about...but anyways


...I'm just pumped because as of June 28th, I start my co op job...working developing new polymers to make paper plant belts out of...seems kinda interesting...$15/hour too..gets me the hell out of my crappy old job...and hopefully on my way to finishing my CB7

It's not the job, it's the people and processes. I work for a large IT firm so my work's pretty enjoyable and sometimes comical. Pays decent but the hours are long. I'm still working toward that self employment as is everyone.

i dont hate my job but it can be boring sitting in a chair for 8 hours watching monitors all day.. and no its not like that dumb ass show Las Vegas. the thing that gets me about that show is you can clearly see they use DVR's and he always says "get me the tapes" ...wtf. by the way i work for as a surveillance agent for a undisclosed Native american Casino.

I just recently quit my job as a valet at a nice restaurant in town. The cars were nice but the managers didn't have a clue, the owner was too busy fucking multiple women in the boat house to care about anything, and half the kids I worked with (we're all in college) couldn't figure out what the fuck a clutch did. However, even though I put up with some huge BS, it always made it worthwhile to have a 991 turbo, dragged-out muscle car, or any other tight car to roll up looking for me to park them.

me and 5 other friends from my school worked at quiznos...at least until last sunday....we all quit because our store had new owners and they were dicks...their employee roster went from 11 to 5 and they went from 4 managers to 2....also stole a bunch of stuff before we left
