i work at the louisville hub, and it sux balls. theyre so strict on everything its not funny. and all i do is irreg's(boxes over 70lbs) all night. but im there because of the full tuition reimbursement and the bonuses.

your packages get so raped..especially when the belts get flooded and theres a jam..ooo maaan..and we r behind time...we'll jus throw them in..my zone was mad chill..never got yelled at...only by like the bitchy supervisor that jus walks around...i came in whenever i wanted to and they were chill about it...mainly cuz i had vacation and etc..the pay is good..hours r straiught..ups as a whole is a great company to work for..dont fuck them up and they wont fuck you over

Becuase a great loader can only do like 2,000 or so. 4,000 you would have to be doing like 800 an hr or something crazy like that.

but yeah fun.

oh and I make 10/hr now. worked there 90 days.

i work from 12-430 in the morning. let me rephrase that. 3-4 thousands packages. fucking smalls bags take up too much space.

Its okay to fuck them over but dont let them know that you are fucking them over if they try to pull anything union. Document it hand it in and then hand it to your lawyer if they keep getting antsy bring a tape recorder.
