I'd get a manual 300zx. 300zx has been my dream car for as long as I can remember. Either in white, silver, or dark blue.

Going back on topic, For under $15000, I would personally import a JDM RHD CD6 SiR, or the '97 or younger Euro-Rs...Gotta have to wait another 5 years or so for that tho hehehe (15 year old importing rule )
I agree that GTS-t's are becoming common. They can be bought from auction for under $10,000, but any JDM car already landed/plated goes for more. I wouldn't count on the import law lasting another 5 years. In the next couple years there are some very nice cars going to be available to import, which could drive up import numbers. (given laws don't change)

                2007:
                -Toyota Chaser/Cresta/Mark II JZX90
                -Mitsubishi Lancer RS/GSR Evolution
                -Subaru Impreza WRX
                -Mazda AZ-1
                -Honda CR-X Del Sol
                -Mitsubishi Mirage Cyborg R

                2008:
                -Toyota Supra JZA80
                -Nissan Silvia S14
                -Nissan Skyline R33 (non-GT-R)
                -Nissan Laurel C34
                -Honda Integra DC2
                -Subaru Legacy RS BD5

I've heard some elaborate plans in regards to americans and jdm cars, but this one takes the cake. LOL

oh and since i haven't answered yet, i'd like a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution RS.

Actually if you lived in the states you could get one right now for 8k or on a list to get one.

There is a loop hole, Chris is importing some.
