          Nothing, had a big breakfast but most likely I'm gonna be hungry around 3 so i'll give you an update.

              Man that sucks... Well what I brought for lunch is steak strips that where marinated in teryiaki sauce and A 1 sauce. They where grilled on a George Foreman Grill LOL with white rice and a variety of veggies. To bad I never went to Culinary school I should have gone..

                A "chop salad" from the cafe at work... its got ricenoodles, chicken, and a teriyaki dressing. It's pretty good.

                  Hey there I made that recipe that you gave me, it was pretty good however I didn't use spinach I used mushrooms and it came out pretty good. I might have to wait for the spinach deal to end so I can tr it out

                        yup i was just in your situation. the thought of Taco Bell again made me want to yak.

                        i went with a teriyaki chicken bowl. relatively healthy and cheap!
