anyways, when a civilian calls you in for speeding, Im 99% positive that you CANNOT get a ticket for it. It would go against all conventional wisdom. That would mean that you could call in your enemies plate numbers and say that they were driving "at a high rate of speed" and they would get a ticket.

the guy looked like he was writing my plate, i didnt feel to well ( needed to go home ) so i was speeding onto the ramp and goin like 65 after the turn.... no speed limit so i donno. i did take like a 90 degree turn at like 40 mph.... you cant get tickets for having a person claling the police right? because so many people have seen my car... its one of a kind accord here in the deserts of utah.
