i need help

ok well as some of you know, i am doing an h22 swap and it is semi built. well the guy i bought it from really screwed me. when i got it he said the flywheel was loose because he took the tranny and all that stuff off. well come to find out the crank was broke. after i got through that ( wtih the guy telling me he would give me money for a new crank) we found that the head was messed up. i sold the tranny to mcdizzle, now we find that it is bad too. now i dont know what to do to get atleast some of my money back. any suggestions? thanks for your help guys.

well i paid well over 1200 for it. i forgot to mention that he was supposed to ship the ecu to me cause he "forgot" to bring it when i picked up the engine. and also i bought a dc header with it and of course it didnt fit. it came with a somwhat worded warranty i had the message saved on my phone where he specifically said if there were any problems i would get a refund. but it got deleted after 15 days, since my phone is *** like that. so im definately stuck. i think im gonna have to cantact my lawyer and see what to do. i was just asking your guys opinions so i can do the right thing.

yeah i guess so, however its not only effecting me but also mcdizzle. he coulda had his car back today but now the tranny has to be rebuilt. i just cant let it go, if it wasnt that much money i could but not this time. im gonna do everything i can to get atleast part back. it may not do me any good but its worth a shot.
