How much can you make off partin a Accord

has anyone parted out their accord? how much did you make off of it and would having it scrapped/removed or selling it give more money?

Car needs a new distirbutor, keeps leaking p/s fluid, and needs a new VSS. Interior is fine though. Car has lot of rust. some pics: http://s27.photobucket.com/albums/c1...Accord%20pics/

      Ahhhhhhhhhh teh black text FTW!!!

Seriously though...outside of the motor/tranny and interior there's not much of use in an Accord. I'd say you'd make a good $2500 TOPS...over the course of 10 years. At this point, if you have mods it's not even worth it to go back to stock to sell the car. Find out how much that stuff will be to fix and go from there.

Parting a car is a pain... So many little things. $5 here, $10 there... the big dollar parts are the motor, accessories, interior, suspension, body parts, glass, radiator, ECU, and shift setup if it's 5 speed. I'd say that stuff there is about $1500 or so...

The more you're willing to go through the trouble of selling, the more you can make. Thousands can be had if you sell small pieces, and find buyers for all of them. Still, it's annoying as hell, IMO.

depends on what you got on it. Good quality parts call for more money.

                ...adjust accordingly
