    Parts from Oz

A couple of people have asked me about parts from Australia. Lights etc.

Tomorrow I'm going to check out some prices and get some pics from the wreckers. I know there's one pair of one piece headlights at this wrecker I go to. Not sure if they were an option here or what but I'll check them out.

Anything else anyone wants me to keep an eye out for? The clusters look pretty much exactly the same as the jdm ones from what I can see. Maybe not the same lighting. Any RHD stuff? Let me know.

Sorry. Could you elaborate? Will I find this part number on them? Got a pic?

If they drive on the other side of the road in Oz, the beam pattern won't work in NA.

Only if you want to see properly at night, and not blind oncoming drivers.
              For me, that's important.

So what's the advantage (to a driver) of the JDM lights?
                Are they just for poseurs?

If you have to ask why people get the jdm one pieces..I dont know what to tell you.

To put it simply, there are no advantages. Yes, they are for "poseurs" as you so plainly put it. But, they do look good.

Ok so. Didn't get to Honda so I'm still not sure if those rear windscreen visors are an option here.

Also, I don't think there's really much difference to the AUDM cb7's from USDM.

This is what the cluster looks like.

Here's a pair of one pieces. Someone has dibs on these. And I couldn't see anymore at that wreckers. So I'm not sure what the go is there. I doubt this person would have imported the lights. The car was bone stock. So I'll investigate further.

This is what our two piece lights look like. Are these the same as yours?

Smashed one where you can see the insides better:

Anyway. Let me know if anyone wants any of this stuff and I'll get some prices.

You really think I smashed it? Did you notice the bumper below it in the picture? It's called a wrecker for a reason.

I'll get prices. Those ones are everywhere.
