I GOT SCAMMED :( plz help me

i bough a catback exhaust on ebay a few weeks ago and they did not reply to me nor shipped the item... i wanted to know if someone can give me a phone number for this campanie so i can calle em up .. here is the information i got on them

how long ago did u order it? i had the same problem but come to find out they didnt have it in stock so i waited for like 2 months b4 i got it. i was heated.

ah, i had te same ordeal with teh same person, i believe

it was in july, and the item never got here, last tracked in cali, so we got our money back through paypal, and bought off another person

then i would track that old number just for no reason when i was bored, and it ended up getting to my fedex terminal in my city two months after it was bought, but returned, of course because we cancelled payment

no complications with ohers seller

bottom line is: some orders dont get shipped as fast as others, some customers dont get quick communication replies

its all case sensitive..sometimes they really do get busy and real caught up with work

so maybe its not a scam, but just a slow ongoing process, just make sure you got information and youre doing your best at keeping track of whats going on

well, first i took it up with the shipper and when he stated "no refunds" then i took it up with paypal

they checked the order and all that fun stuff and checked the item and made sure i wasnt trying to scam, then i had to file a claim with paypal or some shit..

but then ended up getting money wired back into my paypal account

Go to your paypal and file a complaint. That usually wakes up the dishonest sellers.

heres what happened.

bought the item... the description said "allow one week to process" so i waited a week. then after that no confirmation that he shipped the item.

emailed him....he asked for my number i gave it to him, never called.

emailed him again and he gives me a tracking number which the package went nowhere.

complained again on email... asks for my number again. then never did call me.

file a paypal despute....immediately he called me and wired my money back.

item ended up at my house 2 weeks later *already cracked* then he files a ebay dispute of being an unpaying buyer. i replied with my reasons and now he hasnt replied to that. ebay dropped the case and i got a free cracked lip.

? You'll only file a dispute if you can be an ass and call in the middle of the night? He could be in the hospital, his family could be in the middle of a crisis for something.

So, no phone number, no dispute? Huh.

file a paypal dispute before its too late. If he still doesn't respond upgrade the dispute to a claim. Keep track of time though, you have a certain amount of days to upgrade.
