That sounds more like a California law, as I haven't heard that here.

But the point is that kids are going to do it, so why not give them the tools to maximize the chances that they will NOT get pregnant.

Of course, a lot of kids probably wouldn't use one anyway.

I just go into the supermarket and then use the self check-out line. I have no problem buying them from a cashier, i just use the self check-out for everything. It's fast because there's never a line and no one is there to feel akward around...works out great.
