so we bought my accord off of some good friends of ours. we knew for a fact it was one owner, and it was maintained very well. This man's son, however is an awfully daring and somewhat idiotic type of a fellow. im sure you know the type im talking about. Apparently, this child has outrun the cops many times, he just isnt "lucky" enough to get caught yet.
well alst summer when we took my car to get it painted, he asked about what parts of the car we noticed needed work, as well. we stated that the trunk lid leaks water when it rains..just thhking it would be the seal.
after everything was done, he said he bent the trunk back to fit correctly..and we were confused. he said yeah theres been work done on this trunk before.
so about two weeks ago we find out that when they still owned the car, his son was running and trying to hide from the cops, so he drives without the lights on somehwere and gets rear ended by another car.
i heard this and i was like..um..what? and NOW this kid is going to the academy to become and officer.
i just laughed when i heard this..he decided until we had the car for neaqrly two years to tell us it had been in an accident.
idc care, its all good now. just thought it was funny about the whole cop situation..my cb7 was once a getaway vehicle
