Rain Totaled Accord

Alright so when Zach, Matt and I were out cruising around downtown KC last night in the rain, we pulled off the road under a bridge and waited for the rain to let up. We saw this accord sitting there getting hammered with all the water running off the overpass and were talking about how low the back end of it looked. Shortly after that the lady that owns it came out and realized that her rear window had been shattered into pieces thanks to the force of the water. I think Zach got a few pics of this also. Here are the few I have. The quality sucks again but you get the picture. Needless to say the insurance company will total this car. The water was filling the trunk and back seat. So here are the pics.

And what exactly did you want the cop to do? Stop the sky from raining... instantly dry the car up, and fix the window with the spare one he should always carry in the police car.


If the lady wanted to help herself out, she could have moved the damn car or not parked under a waterfall. Oh yeah, but her hair or nails might get wet.

Police officers are not superman. If you had a bad interaction with them, then you were obviously doing something wrong or had something that attracts the wrong attention. Just because they dont send 10 cars out to your house when someone smashes your window and grabs a 50 dollar headunit doesnt mean they arent doing their job... there are bigger fish to fry.

Very SLIM CHANCE. The entire back seat of the car was full of water. She opened the back doors and all kinds of water poured out. I am pretty sure it will be totaled. And to answer the question of "what cop" In the very first picture, he is standing right there in his blue uniform. So if you see a guy in Blue that would be the cop. You cant see the badge or anything because he has his arms crossed but he was a cop. He was watching one of the bars right there in that area. Later
