you should go out on honda-tech.com and write in the accord section, Callin All Accords Out. Then write City and State a what road number or route, ususaly a ave would be great. Thats where all the racing is held out here, and also a street with a small bridge on it.

then see how much attention you'll get.

I came out there and all I saw was a bunch of FATF cars...in particular an Eclipse fully riced out w/a system and CDs that kept skipping

Well most of alot of these non NY'ers dont know that races happen out there every weekend reguardless if its that serious or not. Sure police watch its not like they dont know what goes on out there at that spot what time and the area that pops off at the time is a different story and we have peeps on lookout. So its not a problem with us.
