Its like..more and more people give up or just get sick of it...i think realistically and honestly..this is the only car for me right now...the new civics and vw's and tc's are crap...or are things i cant see myself in..scions suck...the 06 civics interior makes me tight in the pants but the exterior take sosme getting used to...the new vw's took a turn for the worse.mind you id take an older esque gt1 or r32...the only car i can see myself in besides this..are cars i cant afford right now as a college student...an evo or a lexus..my accord is luxurios and very sporty for me right now...i can live without ac and powersteering...and ive been in some hot ass weather..plus my word you can NEVER be finishd with this car...the amount of swaps and ext/int conversions and add ons you can do..its so great...its a 13 yrold car..if taken care of it can be a beauty..i get alot of compliments because its fresh..aftermarket yet not riced out..but im nowhere near complete...i get bagged on for havin an accord..even performance shops laugh when i ask for some head work to be done or even for my 5 spd converison..but they are all assholes so i do shit myself or with the help of fellow members..only time id give this car up is if its totaled..idk ive put so much work frustration and money into this im not gonna give up and sell it for a measly amount...im gonna keep it and use it as a track car in the future when i get my future whip..jus seeing peoples faces as i beat them with a 13 yr old sedan makes me wanna keep this...my friends go onto civics..and live in fear daily y? thieves..mind u the few here who have unfortunatley suffered fro,m fags like that but still a teggy or civic will get stolen jhus like that..idk i jus ranting because i hate going on honda tech and even here and people saying doing stuff to this chasis is a waste of money...i dont do this to impress anyone...this has been a gfreat learning experience for me

Heaven forbid people want something differet...the CB isn't God...its not the best car out there at all...

I've had mine for 5 years, I do like the car and I don't plan on selling it, but I don't look at brand new cars and go, oh my 16 year old car is better than that...because plain and simple, it isn't. You can't compare a CB to a WRX, you can't compare it to a Corvette (as I saw in a thread awhile back that made me crack up).

Do I have plans to make my car faster...sure at some point...but am I looking forward to the new car...absolutely. Technology's moved a lot more forward in the 16 years since our cars were built. Hell my mom's 91 Escort could outbrake my CB. I hate driving my car in traffic becasue the brakes are so bad, and my brakes were serviced within the last year and less than 4K miles ago.

btw, there's nothing wrong with Civics and Integras. I'm actually considering a 00-01 GSR as my next car. Sure they're more common, but then again I don't live in Cali or Philly where every other car's a Civic/Integra.

But I think you should worry more about your car and less about what other people drive. If I remember right you were the one who was making fun of everyone at the Cape meet too?
