    whats a good diet......

    well this winter i put on a few pounds,and after reading those work out poasts i decided to eat healthy,i am not over weight much but would like to start working out and eating right.i want to find a good healthy diet to slim down.lol thanks.

        man, i feel ya bro, when i turned 18 my metabolism dropped like hell, at 19 i was up to 240, but to be honest im a 6-3 asian so it wasnt that bad, but last year i decided to do somethin about it.

        Honestly, i tried everything. I tried Atkins, not eating, slim fast, not eating before bed, blah blah blah. I found out that all you gotta do is just cut out all fast foods, i m talkin Taco Hell, Pizza Hut, MickyD's, anything, itsall so bad for you. Also, cut out soft drinks. This was where i saw the most loss. As soon as i stopped drinking canned sodas and canned tea with all that sugar i lost visible weight in my face in a week. Now i drink either water or gatorade/powerade. Also, try things like ripped fuel or stacker's, just BEWARE of Ephedra, get all Ephedra free stuff, and only use these products if you also have a healthy exercise routine. NEVER take more than the recommended dosage (at work once i took 4 Ripped Fuel Extremes and about had a heart attack.)

        Lastly man, it's alot of will power. Mind over Matter. If you stick with it and believe in yourself and resist all that unhealthy food and exercise you will tone up. Just gotta stick with it.
        BTW - im back to 180 now, which is what i was in college so im happy
