it backfires cause of the anti lag system... couldn't tell you exactly how it does it, but some how with the tuning and that its supposed to back fire?
The old ones are nice. The R32 and R34 are both great (R34 really IS a better car... R32 has a lot of chassis flex). R33 is like 2 fast 2 furious... a horrible sequel. Though I'd still own one
The old 80s ones are kinda cool in their own way... I thought about importing one just to have a skyline
My mom and sister are going to Palau (it's in the South Pacific and I reccomend you go since you'll be in Austrailia.) for a month, to visit family I had the oppurtune moment to go myself but I can't take one month off from work. And I've heard that you can snag an 2002 R34 for around 8 grand, I'd go but I just started working...total bummage.
I do plan on going next year though.
I lived there for 6 years and used to see the older versions alot including the Stagea station wagon.
So it's nothing new to me, I just yearn to drive one lol. Being 6 years old staring at an import relic...doesnt do it for me, but being able to drive one now thats a dream.

The 80's Stegea Wagons are pimp my grandfathers brother in law owned one..so nice.
i realy don't care for them. sure they look cool, i'd like to drive one. but they're like mustangs and camaros here. if you remember the old chase movies of way back in the 60's and 70's like bullit, it was glorified to our parents like the skylines are glorified to use in our lives w/ GT games and the F&F movies. in 15-20 years our kids will have a car glorified to them. hell even in the 40-50's the t-buckets and whats call rat rods now were glorified in music, like johnny cash's "1 piece at a time" w/ th e psycho billy cadilac, "white lightnight", "mercury blues".
