God gave us free will, those priests are not men of God. Everyone sins, it's a simple fact of life in this twisted world. And who are you or I to judge which sin is greater? I could never "fathom" God's incredible grace, and niether could anyone else.....

I have a moral dilemma against ANYONE who commits such actions. If God accepts them, I will not stand with him on the issue.

It is wrong. Period. And yes, I am judging.

I know it was a joke, I was just giving you a hard time.

I have a SERIOUS problem with anyone that commits such actions as well, I think that capital punishment in our country is for to lienient. But God will not come out of the sky and prevent them from doing it, we both know that it doesn't work that way.....

I don't expect God to just rain fire and brimstone because some dirty old man touched a 6 year olds pee pee.

I do however expect him to take that into consideration at the Ivory Gates...

And yes our system is far to leinient on most things. Especially when the criminals have more rights than the victims.

I think that it's better to believe in something, than nothing at all. Faith is an important apsect of life in my humble opinion.

Then again, when it all boils down to it..... I'll say that non-believers (non-Christians) are in for one hell of a barbeque. Not judging, just making a point. Carry on......

From what I've been able to understand, it looks like Christian theology holds that the criteria for getting into Heaven is not how good you are. The only criteria seems to be that you have accepted Jesus. Anyone who hasn't accepted Jesus as their savior goes to Hell, no matter how good they have been. Ghandi is burning in Hell right now.

Anyone else want to weigh in on the question of which is worse: atheists or heretics?

Ultimately, if you believe in anything, you are a heretic to someone, and if you believe in nothing your are a heretic to everyone...

Ultimately, not one of those parties can say with 100% certainty that they are right and the others are wrong. Maybe they are all right. Maybe they are all wrong.

People should just come to their own conclusions and do the best they can.

I still believe that if you live a good life, you will be fine.
