anyone know how to download streaming flash videos from youtube??

there have been a couple videos ive wanted to download and i dont know how. i have a wm streaming recorder, but that wont recognize files from youtube. is there any other program that will pick up streaming flash media?

this may or may not help, don't know if it works for flash
