see that becomes a problem, when relying on limewire for programs most of them are virus's or scams. So do this www.bittorrent.com, go to "Download Bitttorent" then click "Latest Release (4.4.1)" then the installation should be easy from there. then go to www.newnova.org, click on the "Search" button, and then type in Microsoft Access in the search box, should be the first one to click on. Make sure you save it to your desktop and then manually open it from there. anymore help let me know.

ok, take this.
I wrote it for shnflac.net (Lossless Legs), a bittorrent community I've been working on for about a year now
Complete guide to Bittorrent at Lossless Legs
So, you want to download music from this site, but you have no idea how to harness this Bittorrent technology. I'll try to make this guide as simple as possible, and will include screenshots of important steps.
1.Get a bittorrent client
I highly recommend µtorrent, since it
uses very little computer resources, and is
fairly simple.
Right-click here, and choose the option
Save Target As (in Internet Explorer)..
or Save Link As (in Mozilla Firefox).
Choose to save it to a location it will be
safe, as you'll have to keep this file in
order to use bittorrent. Make a folder under
the C:\ drive, and call it utorrent, or
something similar, and save it there.
1b. Install µtorrent
Goto Start Menu > My Computer
Then browse to C:\utorrent\utorrent.exe,
and double click it.
You will be asked if you would like a shortcut
to the program placed on your desktop. I
suggest choosing Yes, as it will make it much
easier to access the program.
You will then get the option to make torrent
the default program which handles .torrent files. I also suggest choosing Yes on this option.
You will then be left with a program which looks
fairly blank.
Now that you have a bittorrent client installed
and running, we can move on to step 2. <<Next Post>>

Keep in mind, this was written for a specific site, but I'll post it anyways
you'll get the idea
2. Get a .torrent file
of a concert/recording you want to download.
Click the link labeled Torrents in the top
and left menu on every page in this site.
This will bring you to the torrent listing for
active torrents only
(torrents that can currently be downloaded)
Click on the torrent name that you are interested
in downloading.
This will bring up a new page with the stats of
the torrent you are attempting to download.
Click on the name of the torrent in the Torrent field.
It's a good idea to save the .torrent files
to a safe location on your harddrive, such as
that C:\utorrent\ folder you made earlier.
Now that you have the .torrent file for the
concert/recording you want, we can move onto step 3. <<Next Post>>
