Ups Sucks!

So i was suppose to recieve a package today that had next day delivery for. "it was suppose to be delivered yesterday" For some reason it nvr showed up so i check the tracking on the package and it shows it was in Kentucky this morning "the package was orginaly from Cali." then made its way to the fortworth ups and was secheduled for delivery. So im waiting around for the package and check the status on the tracking again. its 10:58 when i check and it says the package was deliverd and put on front door! WTF i been here the entire time and it wasn't deliverd. suposeably was deliverd at 10:20 i been up and in the house since 8:00am and not a UPS truck has went by and my room is right next to the front door! Im freking pisseed as hell i this one part i been needing for awhile now and it says it was deliverd. contacted ups like wtf my packgage wasn't deliverd and asked what the addie was it was suppose to be deliverd to and they said my address. So obvioulsly they know where to deliver the package and its not here when it should be! Sry for the rant im just pissed. waiting for ups to get back with me on them trying to figure out wtf happen to the package. UPS

I had that happen before...usually ups is good tho...iwork for them so I kno they don't bs around...blame the driver...they get mad lazy sometimes

ya hopefully thats the case, but pisses me off its showing it was deliverd when it wasn't. makes me fell like the driver is tryin to play it off like he delivered the package and is really jacking my package.

his computer doesn't check your address with were it should be. In my home town on MN there was 1 road that had 3 different locations and about 2 mile gaps between the two. the third was way out their with country numbers. the others had similar numbers which would piss me off when i'd have to go out their, never could guess which road it was.

as for ups they haven't done me wrong, but we had a driver that used to live in my neighborhood so he knew the streets good. and he's been our driver for a long time now plus my mom has a buisness here so we get deliverys almost daily.

hopefully they right the wrong which i've never seen them NOT right the wrong. Bummer about the part though.

Atleast it wasnt DHL, they didn't even attemp to deliver my shyt. Thy said they couldnt find the house. Thats why there is Google map search. And I live by the airport and UPS and FEDEx can find my house. If you ask me DHL SUCKS Good Luck gettin that package though

hehehe, for dhl the packages are probably printed in german! which makes it hard for us rednecks that can hardly read english.

oh yah for those who dont know dhl is the german post office. That's why they came out of no were.

you said your package was spose to be delivered thursday which would make the item going through the system on wednesday night. i work at the louisville air hub doing the first day air sort and there was an operational ban and a fuel ban while all the storms were pulling through l-ville. which meant planes couldnt land and people couldnt unload the planes that had landed. i normally clock out around 4-430 but i dint leave wednesday til 620, we were 2 hours behind schedule and a lot of stuff was held over. its not entirley UPS"s fault, as weather controls whether or not planes can land and shit like that.

As for your package already saying it had been delivered, the driver probably already scanned and processed the package. I worked as a UPS driver assistant during the holiday rush and we just scanned everything at the beginning of our route. Then we just try not to forget any stops. You're supposed to scan as you drop (to avoid this exact problem you're having), but drivers take shortcuts like that. Hopefully they didn't jack your package, but they should be able to track who scanned it.

yah its wired why it went there to begin with tho because there is a ups hub here in dallas fortworth. but sayin it was deliverd when it wasn't is not cool i been here waiting for hours and the packages says it was delivered at 10:20 while i was sitting here and nvr showed up. It not cool at all. and still calling and jacking with the ups ppl.

every package that goes through the UPS system goes through the louisville hub i beleive. we have been doing an estimated 820,000 packages a night this week.

i'm sure it will show up by tomorrow. i've used UPS for everything that i've shipped out and never had a problem. from what i've heard, Greyhound is what you have to watch out for.

UPS has been super good to me on shipping to my fellow members on here, everything was delivered when they said to was going to and everything was in good shape.

But then again nobody's perfect i'm sure all company's screw up from time to time.
