Yeah, after you upload the files to your phone you reboot it, and then you are done. XVI32 is just a different program. If you want to give it a try I say go ahead. If I were you, I would start with Flexing the phone with a T-Mobile Flex. After you get it to work, I would delve into editing the actual code. I have my RAZR saying "Thomas' RAZR" while the phone is open, I deleted all the frigging Cingular icons, and the earphone and speakerphone are set at a gain of 3.
Mind you that this was after fucking my phone up 4 times, and having to reload the default flexx and starting from scratch. Good Luck man! There are plenty of resources out there to help people, but a lot of people dont know about them. www.howardforums.com and www.motomodders.com

So the XVI32 I dont need, just P2K? I looked for a T-mobile flex since I am receiving a cingular razr, but haven't found it. I downloaded the moto drivers and the P2Kmanager already. its just a few things that I have read since I printed out the whole Hex editing page, that i still dont get. SEEMS and Flexing are the part I know I will need help with. Ill just contact you when the time comes Thomas.

That's cool. I'm a cingular customer myself, but let me look around and see if I can find any T-Mobile Flexx's
