yo i saw that on the news..some asian chick ..got harrassed by some dude on the train ..by sticking his dick out or some shit...then she snapped his pick...and a few months down the road he was in court...pretty sick...

Man, i remember when the NYPD had nothing better to do than give out tickets...

They gave out tickets to this lady resting her bag on a subway seat. Hit her with like a $90.fine!! and the worse thing...the train was nearly empty!!

a pregnant lady was just sitting on a milk crate, she got hit with a ticket!!
