Cant find Fog light thread

Ok yall i really hate to post some bulshit but i used the search button and ran through the diy forum and found nothing. The thread im looking for is on installation of fog lights and it contains a template and adobe file with complete instructions....i know im not crazy and saw it this morning and want to print it now and cant so if someone can find it and post it up here id be super happy
