i am just here to tell u people on this site that u should never order anything from machiii.net ever. i ordered sumone wheels and tires from them on march 15th they called me a week later to tell me they got my moneyorder and then i waited....and they called back a week later to tell me they didnt have the color i wanted so i chose a different color and they said they would mount them and balance them within 1 or 2 days and then they would ship them out......well i have waited for 3 more weeks and i havent gotten them yet so i called them to ask them for the tracking number because i didnt think i should take 3 weeks to ship even if it is to canada...so i called them like 5 minutes ago and they give me the number and tell me that is was shipped out on the 19th i had no idea what date it was today so i hung up and went and checked the computer and it says the 21st. in other words i am super pissed and no one should order from them because their service is shitty.

if they were shipped out on the 19th then uh . . . you have no reason to be pissed (about the shipping thing that is, the service does sound kinda sucky). if they got to you in 2 days . . . especially to canada . . . I would be MORE than happy. did you get a tracking number? it should have an expected date of arrival on it.

I think he's mad that he waited for a month patiently with no idea when the wheels would arrive, or even be shipped; and only when he called did he find out. If he didn't call he would still be left in the dark right now. Woulda been nice if machiii.net told him on the 19th that it shipped. I had the same experience with sportcompactonly.com, except my item was never shipped...

accord22 the reason why i am pissed is because wen i called and arranged everything he told me he would have them mounted and balanced and shipped out on tuesday it was a friday when he told to me call him about my order so after that tuesday i waited 3 more weeks before i called him and he told me that they had just shipped them out the day before i called.

sending in a money order means you have to wait for the money order to be received, then wait for the business to make the deposit, then wait for the deposit to clear the bank...

add to that, you didn't indicate that you asked if the color you desired was in stock. after all, machiii.net doesn't make the wheels, they just sell what they have...

add to that, oftentimes a business may drop off a package to the shipping company (ups, dhl, fedex, etc.), but it may take a day or two to be processed and put into transit...

a lot of these companies think they can get away with shit..IE auto parts warehouse..im not gonna go into detail with them..but i wouldnt recommend them...

everyone's experience is different. i'd recommend autopartswarehouse.com, as i ordered a part, they had the lowest price, and it was shipped from nj to cali in 4 days.

a friend of mine has dealt with them for years now and has never had a single problem.. plus as stated, when sending a money order over the border, you have to wait a couple weeks for it to clear customs.. thats exactly what i had to do when i sold something to someone in canada.. youre obviously just impatient and dont have an idea about how businesses and international orders work..

i ordered a set of cross drilled rotors from them.......they mailed me one rotor and said...hey we dont have the other one..im like WTF! they were like we are out of stock...(why would you send me 1 rotor? wtf am i gonna do with 1 rotor..dumb assses!)...ok so i wait a few weeks..order the other rotor..and they send me a different one that is used (when i say used..it had brake dust on it..like homeboy had it on his car ..lol ).... so im like i want my money back...on the 1st rotor..and they are like nope we cant do it..its past 30 days....so im like ok..the only thing they can do is have me send the part back..and refund my money which they still havent after i mailed it back....also..why couldnt they just let me send the bad rotor back for the correct part..why did they want to just send me my money back..i want my fucking rotor!...there customer svc is shitty..i had some dude hang up on me a few times..yo and they have this online chat system..where you can order..and the dude had an attitude with me...and cut me off a few times!
in conclusion:
autopartswarehouse.com is garbage from my experience people..just sharing..just like the dude shared his bad experience with mach iii... im really not a stickler on customer svc..but they gave me a shitty experience..

3. we tried to explain how shipping can work sometimes, but apparently you failed to read it, failed to comprehend it, or just didn't care

your a n00b, get a debit card. i ordered my wifes wheels from machiii.net and let me tell you, they have the some of the best customer service and prices online..

they even sent me a spare set of hub centric rings, and when they got shipped out i got an email comfirmation.

i will recommend them to everyone..

Before i even give them my money i make sure they damn well have the product on hand, and if they dont and they tell me a certain date or when they can get it. I might order it. If not then i guess ill have to go pay a lil more somewhere else, from someone who has it in stock..
