Pulling ECUs and fuses in AZ isn't going to stop shit.
The guys are dragging the cars off with flatbed tow trucks. They aren't even touching the car other than to chain it.
They stole 78 GS-Rs in less than a week, and that doesn't include the Civics, Preludes or Accords.
1) A locking garage is your friend. The more work you make it to steal the car, the less likely they are to mess with it. I put my car in the garage for any duration longer than 5 minutes.
2) A regular alarm system is only effective as a device to make it a little tougher to steal your car. Nobody cares when they go off, so unless you are right there, forget it. If they are willing to deal with it, your car is gone. The pager alarms are the only way to go anymore. At least then YOU know what is going on, as long as you are close to the car.
3)They make a GPS tracking system similar to LOJACK, except you have access to your cars location. Then you can follow it and take out the Queen ant. Killing the soldiers may not solve the problem. Killing them all most certainly will.
4) You never know who your enemies are, or who is listening. Avoid bragging, bench racing and generally divulging information that may make your car a lucrative target.
5) Don't leave the car somewhere where it will be unprotected or unattended for a long period of time. If it is your only ride, you may not be able to do that.
6) Avoid a time routine. Try and mix up your times, days, and stays. The less predictable your schedule is, the harder it is for them to locate your car at any point in time. They WILL stalk a car, so this can make a difference.
7) If you are still paranoid and nervous, either get something other than a Honda, or drive a bone stock one with full coverage. Then if they steal it, you can get your money back and go buy another one.Last edited by owequitit; 04-10-2006, 06:14 PM.

Ontop of that if your in an area and it doesnt look to good you start seeing stripped cars or suspect people or people followin you and shit other hondas and whatnot and they look suspect lead them off your trail. And trust your instincts if you feel that your car is at risk dont take it there and jsut leave it have someone sit in the car .

Yeah if you suspect something and you gut just screams something is wrong then you might wana trust it, I did and the fucker that tried to jack my car is sitting in jail still most likely and now blind in one eye.
Also on the kill switch, I might suggest hiding them under the carpet and having a switch you have to mash down to turn on and off. Alot of cop cars have that kinda switch around here so noone who knows about them can shift them into drive.Hi, I'm Shippo and I have a problem. I keep buying CB7's.
