congrats man..im not goin to lie its going to be a tough road having a kid at 18 (my friend had one at 17, not planned), and its a bumpy ride, but im sure just to see the smile on your kids face will be inspirational enough.

congrats man, i just found out that my wife is pregnant with our second, so i feel your excitement. Im so glad to see at your age that you are stoked about this and are looking at the situation with maturity. I know alot of guys that had kids at your age and didnt see it the same way. Its such a trip, your life is gonna change and you'll wonder how you ever lived without that kid. Congrats and Good Luck.

congrats but please don't be a "run of the mill" dad like most of earth......the first year will be hell if you have one that doesn't wanna sleep throughout the night......i never get to sleep much anymore......but after a year, they'll usually rest better, cry less, do more than shit and eat.......i have an 8 month old and it's rough, but she's my second (other one is 5)........it's all worth it and i can't believe my little girl is about to start school

just remember when all your friends are out having fun, you don't have that option because of the worthwhile responsibility.....nothing i respect more than a good dad......we don't get much credit and a whole lot isn't expected of us......but when your kid wants YOUR help with their first homework project, it's all good.......good luck.......expect the worst

the money isn't the killer either....it's the change of your lifestyle.....i get about 2 or 3 days a month to do what i want......if you can handle that, then you're all set

you only have one chance to do it right......everyone knows better than you and you're "just a kid" (trust your own judgement)....learn how to handle the grandparents, they're evil lol

use your common sense and remember they'll find a way to get into everything, and you'll make the right decisions.....nothing wrong with help from others, but make sure you're carrying actual burden of it all.....you need broad shoulders for it all, trust me.......
