    Need Advice...

I need a new transmission since some how my gear box got all fucked in my current one....don't ask, I don't know how this happened lol.

But I found some guy selling some on ebay. He's like an ebay salvage yard. He's selling them for 250 a piece with a 3 month warrenty. Would you guys do it?

Check his feedback! That will tell you all. Also, I tend to trust guys if they have a phone number listed, talk to him on the phone and see what's up and how the warrenty works.

Same here No LSD for me though... that stuff'll mess you up!

$250 is decent for a warrantied tranny. Of course, an ebay warranty means nothing if the guy isn't around to make good when it blows! Too bad you're so far away... I'm about to have my F22 tranny pulled from my wreck, and it's in good shape! I'd sell for $200 (but shipping is going to be a pain... I know how heavy those things are!)

yeah he has 1496 feedbacks with a 98.8% positve feedbacks....He also has a number...a toll free number. What ya guys think? I don't have the money at the time for a swap, so this is my last option. Or a new car =(

Check his recent sales... see if they're mainly transmissions... and what type. If he's sold dozens of honda trannies to dozens of DIFFERENT happy customers, then I say go for it. That many sales suggests that he's been around for a while too...
