Another ticket!!!! GOSH !!!!THIS SUCKS!!!!

So last week i was driving around my neighborhood when i see some flashing lights and hear a couple chirps... yeah i got pulled over again.... and of course i got another ticket... except this time the cop forgot to fill in a bunch of the information... and even put down the wrong street that i was coming off of and that my court date is at 1:00 tomarrow in the AM.... Some of the info he forgot includes the little section that says what the date and time was that it occured, my birthdate, and little things here and there... but i think all together there are about 10 mistakes on the ticket!!!! I mean how retarded can one cop be? anyways anyone think that theres enough there to get out of it? i was thinking about going to the court at 1 AM and taking a video of me there at the time and then showing up the next morning to be like heey where were you guys.... you faid to appear does that mean i get to pull your ranks? or even to push the fact asking what time that i had been pulled over at.... cause all he has to say is too early or too late and he doesnt have crap.... cause i was working like 30 minutes after it happened and then i was in school like maybe two hours before hand... alright wel i know some of you will probably be like you shouldnt have been speeding but hey i know this if i pay i pay... and i will live up to what i did, but if i can get out of it im going to try my hardest and i hope none of you blame me for that... anyways im open to comments.... thanks guys

don't pay it. if theres that many mistakes on the ticket, then just go to court, and tell the judge to look at it. He'll probably rule in your favor for neglence of the cop to write in details on the ticket.

Well thats what im worried about cops here discrimminate against the teens and early 20's males like nothing else.... whether you drive like me or you drive an $#@%ed up pinto they dont care.... first time i was pulled over by a cop here where i live i was verbally assualted cause my car slide like a foot and a half in a puddle of slush in my first winter driving and then i went to start out my tires were spinning in the slush I hit dry pavement and they chirped so the cop gave me a ticket for peel and squeal... i was pissed then when i went to court... the cop didnt show and they still charged me court costs.... but i hope your right tho cause that would be clutch... btw thanks for the imput

I remember this cop pulled over a very elderly cople in a chevy cavelier i was like damn i hope that bastard goes to hell pickin on elderly folks.

thats nice to know maybe that will happen with me.... and do you think we could or should turn this into a ticket thread or start one? cause perhaps there are little secrets of ours that others dont know and what not.... like for instance my manager said that when he got a ticket back in i think oregon he paid like $10 more than the fine and then the city must pay it back or something like that or they cant closethe case and put points on your license.... so when they send you your refund check you just rip it up and throw it away and you end up paying the fine + some but you also avoid those costly insurance rates increasing so anyways it just a thought ... anyone else think its a good idea?

well to a certain extent becuas esometimes those folks dont have teh reaction time like we do to react. In stead they will just crash into your shit with a big ass rusted up car.

are you saying that the elderly shouldnt be driving or they shouldnt get pulled over? cause i would rather them get pulled over than any of us... but yeah sometimes they are really stupid and slow and really need to get out of theway!!!

alright so... i went to court today... and the judge wouldnt give me a chance to ask any questions and made me just plead... so i plead not guilty... then i as the bailif(sp?) was taking me to schedule a another court date i asked him sir why is it that on my ticket this stuff here isnt filled out but it is on there?... then the guy is like "OH SNAP"... "wait right here" then he went and asked some people some stuff and sent me back into the court room and the judge ended up seeing my case again... and didnt say a word afterwards... then the other bailif came up to me and was like here you one now go home... I was like "HECKS YEAH!!!!".. .so that was what happened.. i was going to just plead guilty and take it up the tail pipe but some of you made me think other wise... so thanks guys
