There are carcinogens in almost everything, including the mushrooms you eat. Even in peanuts/peanutbutter etc. Alcohol is a carcinogen.
Some of them are stronger carcinogens than others. So we are at risk no matter what we do. We can try to reduce the amount we are exposed to, but not eliminate them.Comment
