Initial D Movie

So, i just ordered the Initial D movie on DVD off Amazon.com for like $13 total with shipping and all was $16 and some change. Should be here on the 11th, I am psyched man.

well, the cover on amazon.com is in english....im gonna be pissed if its not, i hate reading subtitles for a whole movie

yeah...the one i downloaded didnt even have subtitles! hah oh man the cars were sick though...i just had no idea what thier saying. that didnt stop me from watching it though...twice

I like subtitled anime...they usually fuck it up when they dub it...

if its the US version, it has an option in the main menu for English voice acting... (I left it on Japenese and read subtitles though)


the english voice acting sounded to be done by the same people who do the anime but the word translation sucks! its totally different from the subtitles.

my computer is slow enough without having a MOVIE on it, so i though it best to order it, i think a file the size of a feature film would give my computer a seizure

yeah it should be in english. its a pretty good movie i rented it from blockbuster, his AE86 owns.

i saw the movie at blockbuster. so i rented it.

its a chinese movie, but filmed at tokyo.

its got subtitles for english.

for anime i like to hear it in japanese and read it in english. its real to me.

for this movie i tried to listen to it in japanese but they didnt have it. it was only chinese or cantenese language which sucked since i understand the names better in jap.

Yeah friend and I watched it this weekend. Its a really funny movie to watch if you dont take it too seriously! For instance, there are these funny freeze-frame shots, sometimes people will say the same lines 2 times in a row, in one scene the guy is eating some rolls a girl made him, and he doesnt look like he's paying any attention at all, like he is totally high, and lastly count the number of puke scenes! Oh yeah, and the "engine build" scene is the best!!! Its a crazy movie go out an pick it up, have a few beers and enjoy it with some of oyur buddies who understand the JDM humor!! DO IT NOW GO GO GO!!!!

Hehe yeah, pretty good movie...Bought the DVD last summer for about..Hmmm less than $1? Somewhere around 50 cents I believe..N e wayz, watched it around that time as well..I bought the DVD right when the movie came out...Thank god for subtitles tho, that's all I can say...Otherwise I'd be pretty lost

they also have a couple more you left out on the freeze frame with seji in his evo after he made them crash and the other one where tsudo kyochi my favorite when they passed the 86 opposite sides traveling through the tunnel and seji noticed them both
