how can i burn this song off my computer?

ok i downloaded this song from this bands official website....and it lets you save it on to your computer and all on real player put saves it as .ram

how can i change it so i can burn it? cause it won't let me

you have to decode it so that it is a wav file. it will make it about 10 times bigger than an mp3, but make it able to be burned. i have a program called bladenc, my friend put it on the computer so i dont know how
