is there a way to get rid of this message when i start my system without actually removing my icons?

My song of the week (or till I change it): Snow Patrol - Take Back The City -
Right click desktop, then go to properties, then desktop, then go down to customize desktop. Then un-check run desktop cleanup every 60 days, click ok.
And when it removes the icons it just puts them in a folder on the desktop.
