last i heard, the owner of the vehicle was in the passenger seat with a blood alcohol level of some number (don't remember, sorry), and claimed that his friend was driving... they only found a spot of blood on the driver's side airbag, the blood wasn't the owner's, and the driver couldn't be found... sounds shady to me. i guess it's a wait and see game at this point.
