Dvd burner Software Found 1 but still got ? on

ok well i found some software that says u can burn dvd's all u need is a dvd player in ur computer and a burner cd-r or cd-rw. it says its only 50 bucks but i dunno if i should get it. do u think it would burn PS2 games also or no?
