Yeah move back and let them park next to that pole on the corner and have them ticketed..

first of all you can't park close to corners because it blocks the view and makes it dangerous for cars at the intersection..

trust me on that, it happened at our street, people kept parking right at the edge of the corner and you couldn't see.. there were accidents.

Park your car somewhere else where you can keep an eye on it and install an alarm someones gonna probably do some retarded shit to your car beware and take caution . If you can help it buy a camera and hang it on the side of your house and let it record the shit so that if anyone decided to act dumb you got their ass on tape its probably a retarded neighbor who cant find a space so he or she wants to intimidate.

You know... if the note was all crinkled... there's a really good chance it wasn't originally on your car! The dumbass that put it on your car probably took it off his own... hell, he may have been driving around with it, and saw that it was there at that intersection, where he happened to get out and plop it on the nearest vehicle. Why? Who knows... same reason why people stick gum under desks.
