This is all due to some dumb bitch in a Buick that decided to stop in an oncoming lane of traffic thinking that it was a left turn lane on a two lane highway. My 17 yr old brother-in-law drove the Civic with 40105 original miles on it at its unexpected and untimely demise. Thats only 3645 miles a year put on the car. She was stopped and he was doing 50 to 55 at impact, nighttime.
