My friend's mom's boyfriend is on Andro and and he's fuckin swoll. But whenever he's off his cycle he goes apeshit. I've been around playing video games with him and he'll start flipping out and shit when he loses and breaking shit. Gettin juiced has its ups and downs just like everything else in life. Me, personally, I'm more into getting cut than big. Doing running, boxing, some weightlifting, stuff like that. The only thing I have a problem with is people who do it just to "get big." You can get big naturally with the right dieting and stuff. Lots of protein, etc. The most important thing is staying healthy, and getting big the hard way only guarantees you better health.

im not too into going to the gym and body building. i will work out occasionally, but its only because i need to in case some shit goes down, lol.
im still skinny as fuck and im not jacked at all. i work out maybe 2 times a week, but i would never take roids.
and maple, just eat and start lifting weights. you'll be surprised that you can build a muscle out of what you think isnt there..

dont even go near them. in the long run your fucked. had a friend that was on them, he has heart problems now. Other ones are very angry all the time damn time, loosing thier hair, cant sleep, have issues trying to focus, dont want to do anything. And other things along those lines. Yeah you'll get some nice mass, but it will mess with you big time.
i work out everyday besides wed and sat, and dedicated to it, and making a nice shape with just basic OTC supplements...and you can def. tell which guys are takign roids. its very un natural looking.

Go to the local gym or a store like GNC. Buy the whey protein powder. (all taste like crap but chocolate at least looks it. ) any ways lift hard and work out. Within 30 mins drink about a glass or two of the whey protein shake. Then take 4 hmb pills.
Creatin is bad for the kidneys.
I went from 150 to 176 and just to make sure i wasn't getting fat i had my fat percentage tested.my 91 cb7

This isn't true. It's not recommended for people with kidney deficiencies, but as long as you take in enough water with it, there isn't a problem.

It's true though...you gotta put in the effort. Between freshman and sophomore year I went from a beanpole to having a somewhat respectable body, and even though I basically stopped working out for the past...damn...2.5 years, I'm still a lot bigger than I was in high school. All I did was work out 3 times a week and take protein shakes...
ricky's an exception, I know he'll prob. bitch out getting a workout partner, but honestly, for the rest of us it's a great idea. I would pay to have someone to work out with now...not necessarily a trainer, but just someone to jog and shit with. Back in college I had a good 4-5 dudes I could throw a french fry or something at and be like 'yo lets go work out, NOW'...but since they're all gone working I'm back to my unworking out ways...
So basically if you're serious about working out get with a crew of dudes that's on your level and about as motivated. Beyond that, all the steroids and all that aren't necessary...if you're consistent with it you'll def. be noticeably bigger.

i know someone who has done 2 cycles from mexico and he started at 150pds and now weighs 205pds. he did the cycle 3 months apart and he ate healthy they way you are supposed to as well as busting his ass at the gym everyday and getting the rest he needed. he has nothing wrong with him, never had "roid rage" but did break out a little in acne. in my opinion they are worth everything they give you, before you start do your homework and see if it is right for you or not. i myself am thinking about doing a cycle but have not decided yet.
